    Thor star Chris Hemsworth, looked really gaunt in a photo he shared on his Instagram page on sunday after starting on an intense 500-calorie a day diet ahead of his new film. He captioned it: 'Just tried a new diet/training program called " Lost At Sea". Wouldn't recommend it.. More photos after the cut..
